As part of our commitment to provide citizens with efficient and convenient service, the City of Oakland has partnered with Official Payments Corp. to allow you to make your water and sewer bill payment online.  To use this service click the Utility Account icon to the left, go to www.officialpayments.com or call 1-800-272-9829. There is a charge of $3.75 (service fee) for payment  processing. 

Payments can also be made by cash, check, or moneyorder. When using the payment drop box, be sure to include bill stub, acct# or service address. Debit/credit payments can be made in person or by phone, however, the $3.75 service fee is applied. To contact City Hall, please call (541)459-4531.
